By booking Cwmblacks Playful Paws Field you are agreeing to the terms and conditions shown on this page.
Liability
No responsibility will be taken by the land owner or management for damage or injury sustained to property, individuals or animals whilst using the field or on the property.
All vehicles parked on the property are left entirely at their owners’ risk. The land owner or management accept no responsibility for damage or accidents.
Any breakages or damage to the field must be paid for by the dog owner.
Booking Arrangements
Bookings may only be made through the website www.cwmblacksplayfulpaws.co.uk
No sub letting of the field is allowed.
Payment
Payments to be made by PayPal (Cards accepted through PayPal Gateway)
The field can only be used if it has been booked & paid for.
Amend Booking / Re-
You may change your booking to a new date and time subject to availability -
Cancellation Policy
If the user arrives late, the booking cannot be extended. Refunds will not be issued however bookings may be amended.

No sub letting of the field is allowed.
Entering/Leaving the Field
It is the responsibility of those using the field to allow time at the end of their session to get their dog(s) on a lead and off the field before the next member is due.
The user must ensure the entrance gate is locked from the inside whilst they are in the field
Dogs must be out of the field and back in the car before the end of the session to allow time for the next dogs to enter at their allotted time.
Dog(s) must be away from the field entrance until their time slot begins. Please keep dogs in the owner’s vehicle until the previous users have left the field and their dogs are back in their vehicle or well away from the field if on foot.
No sub letting of the field is allowed.
Animal Code
Verbal or physical handling of a dog is not allowed.
Maintenance
The hirer must bring their own poo bags and pick up all dog poo. A bin will be provided to dispose of your bags. Please do not put rubbish in the dog poo bin.
No litter is to be left in the field.
We regularly check field and fencing to maintain safety and security for all, but please notify us if you have any concerns.
During winter the field may be muddy therefore waterproof boots and appropriate clothing is advised.
Please take care when using Cwmblacks Playful Paws Field, the ground maybe uneven in places.
Parking

Vehicles are left entirely at your own risk and the land owner or management accept no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred, accident or otherwise, whilst they are on the premises.
Children
Children are welcome on the field but must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Data Protection
We only retain your contact details in the event of having to contact you regarding your booking. The information is not used for any other purpose or shared to any other parties.

The Owner(s) OR Carers(s) of the dog(s) use Cwmblacks Playful Paws Field and Parking Area at their own risk. Cwmblacks Playful Paws does not accept liability for any accident or injury to person, animal or property however so incurred.
Intake Form
Please note you will be required to sign our terms on your first visit (forms can be downloaded from the website and completed in ready for your first visit with us), otherwise we will ask you to complete form on arrival.
